DAY 1: BUENOS AIRES.
Arrive Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel. Time at leisure to explore or rest.
DAY: 2 BUENOS AIRES (B, D).
Today you will visit the Dorrego Flea Market located in the Colegiales neighbourhood where the Palermo Hollywood area ends. Here you will find all kinds of curiosities including furniture, paintings jewellery, instruments, clothing and much more. The tour continues visiting interesting antique shops in the Palermo area where you will see original antique items.
This evening you will have Dinner and Tango Show at La Ventana.
DAY 3: BUENOS AIRES (B, L).
Travel back in time to San Telmo, the oldest districts in the city, where each Sunday an antiques’ market takes place at Plaza Dorrego. The ambiance turns vibrant with tango dancers, living statues and other street performers, as well as a myriad of artisans selling their products. Enjoy some time checking the market, or simply seize the chance to have a coffee at some of the Cafés that set their tables on the sidewalks.
Lunch will be at Napoles Bar. Gabriel Del Campo, the owner is passionate about antiques. The building, with exposed brick walls and ceilings, was originally a storage area that del Campo converted into his own antique warehouse. Every object has its history. Everything on display is available for purchase, including garments from the Red Baron brand that the owner created in Los Angeles in the 1990s.
DAY 4: SAN ANTONIO DE ARECO (B).
Spend a full day in San Antonio de Areco today, located a 2-hour drive from the city, where you will visit Dragui’s and Las Lilas Museums. Dragui’s Museum exhibits a small private collection that shows the evolution of the styles of silverware from the 19th century to the present day. In the workshop you will be able to experience the elaboration process step by step of exclusive goldsmith pieces that take shape through the hands of the artisans, recreating the techniques of traditional goldsmithing as its founder Juan Jose Draghi did. Las Lilas Museums offers a valuable selection of original works by the well-known and popular artist Florencio Molina Campos.
DAY 5: BUENOS AIRES - EL CALAFATE (B).
Fly to El Calafate. After transferring to the hotel visit the Museo del Juguete. The Museum “100 years playing” and “Evita Perón Museum” has pieces from the 19th and 20th centuries, up to the 1970s. It has an astonishingly more than 14,000 toys from all over the world.
DAY: 6 EL CALAFATE (B, L).
Today will visit Estancia Nibepo Aike. On arrival enjoy mate, tea, coffee, and homemade cakes with the wonderful view of the Andes Mountain range. Afterwards take a walk towards the south arm of Lake Argentino during which can be discovered several rocky outcrops eroded by glacial action and changes of level of the lake and a clear view of the folds of the earth's crust, with its original varieties of sediments. Through the trails, appreciate a forest of lengas and ñires where caranchos, cachañas (small parrots), hares, woodpeckers, eagles, and an abundant variety of native flora and fauna exist.
Included in the tour see a demonstration of the tameness of criollo horses and a sample of sheep shearing, along with learning about the history of the estancia.
The tour ends with a typical Patagonian roast. Transfer back to El Calafate with rest of the day at leisure.
DAY 7: EL CALAFATE (B).
Full day trip to Perito Moreno Glacier. The glacier is an impressive river of ice with a surface of 257 square Kms. During the tour a walk along the paths on the front of the glacier allow a view of this stunning natural marvel from a different perspective.
DAY 8: EL CALAFATE (B).
Early departure to the port of Punta Bandera, located 50 km. from El Calafate. Board the boat and you will be navigated through the North Arm between icebergs and stunning scenery with views of the canal and Spegazzini Glacier. Arrive at Estancia Cristina around noon. During the six-hour visit there is a guided tour of its local customs museum (which used to function as a shearing shed) and then ascent in all-terrain vehicles, along a mountain road to reach the Refugio de Hielos Contentales. You will then take a short walk on glacial erosion terrain, which provides a privileged view of the eastern front of the Upsala Glacier, Lake Guillermo, the Southern Patagonian Ice, and the Andes Mountain Range. At the end of the tour return to El Calafate via the same boat.
DAY 9: CALAFATE - USHUAIA (B)
Morning flight to Ushuaia. After the transfer to your hotel visit Almacen de Romas Generales, a storehouse, visited by historical characters and Indians, was the meeting point for social gatherings. Its relationship with the jail “Fin del Mundo” (End of the World) resulted in endless stories of characters and life stories that created the mystique of this place. Today it is a bar, bistro and French patisserie that keeps the old charm, the magic of its objects and the essence of the family. Experience the nostalgia at this wonderful museum.
DAY 10: USHUAIA (B).
Today is a half day tour of Tierra del Fuego National Park and Bahia Lapataia. Begin with the panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, and the enchanting scenery at the last foothills of the Cordillera de Los Andes. See the Andean-Patagonian Forest, made up of diverse tree species and flowers, such as orchids, violets and senecios. A tour between valleys and peat bogs leads to the Lapataia River and Laguna Verde. Continue along the final stretch of National Route 3, which ends at Lapataia Bay. Here, the early inhabitants of the area left their imprint in the "concheros", incredible archaeological sites. On the return to Ushuaia, make a stop to admire Rock Lake, which is characterised by the colour of its waters, and changes due to the weather.
DAY 11: USHUAIA (B).
Depart from the hotel and board a catamaran to navigate the waters of the Beagle Channel. Traverse the north shore of the channel passing through the Archipelago Bridges and Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse (end of the world), where you can see colonies of many seabirds that nest on islands and cliffs, colonies of sea lions and various marine and coastal birds. Following a visit to Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, continue towards the Estancia Remolino and Gable Island. Finally, arrive at Martillo Island, where every year a colony of Magellanic penguins install their nests. Spend some time observing the movements and behaviour of these curious birds, before returning to the city.
DAY 12: USHUAIA (B).
Early morning departure to follow National Route 3 crossing The Andes through the Garibaldi Pass. Visit the little town of Tolhuin, heart of the island, and call at La Unión Bakery. A traditional meeting point for both locals and visitors and it is part of the charm of this village. In the afternoon continue via Provincial Route “A”, on a gravel road towards San Pablo Cape. Hike up to an isolated mountain with an abandoned lighthouse where you can appreciate The Desdemona, an abandoned ship from 1983. After exploring the ship reck continue to the Estancia Rolito. This lovely ranch is a family business based on sheep farming tradition and was the first ranch to open its gates to rural tourism.
DAY 13: USHUAIA (B).
Before your departure today, enjoy a city tour of Ushuaia including visits to the Maritime and Presidium Museum and End of the World Museums. Appreciate the different areas of the city, such as the old town, the deep-water port, the steep streets that climb up the Andean slopes, some of the typical houses of the first settlers of the city and the historical building of the former national prison of Ushuaia. Time at leisure until your scheduled flight or extend your stay.
Accommodation - 12 nights in minimum 3-star hotels.

Luggage - One normal suitcase and one handbag per person included for hotel porterage.
