Essential From The Andes To The Falls

DAY 1: MENDOZA.

Morning arrival into Mendoza. Afternoon city tour exploring the Old City historical centre, Independencia Square, Civic Centre, General San Martín Park and Cerro de la Gloria Monument.

DAY 2: MENDOZA (B, L).

Today visit Mendoza’s olive oil factory and its wineries. The tour begins at the olive oil factory to understand the importance of olive oil in the province. Continue to Tempus Alba and Luigi Boca wineries to enjoy tasting and learn their history of wine making. Lunch is at Clos de Chacras winery, which is family run producing high-end wines.

DAY 3 MENDOZA (B, L).

Trip to the Uco Valley wineries located at 1.500 MASL (4.920 ft.), making wines at this altitude unique. Visit Salentein winery, having classic varietal plantations and European artisan techniques and explore the Killka Space art exhibition. Continue to Domaine Busquet, a winery that has kept its tradition of fine wines for four generations and Andeluna winery, framed in an imposing landscape. Lunch will be at one of the wineries.

DAY 4: MENDOZA - BUENOS AIRES (B, D).

Fly to Buenos Aires. Afternoon panoramic tour of the city, exploring its most relevant landmarks: Plaza de Mayo, La Boca and finishing in Recoleta. Evening Tango Dinner show.

DAY 5: BUENOS AIRES (B).

Day at leisure to explore (optional excursions available to book).

DAY 6: BUENOS AIRES - PUERTO IGUAZÚ (B).

Fly to Puerto Iguazú. Time at leisure to explore.

DAY 7: PUERTO IGUAZÚ (B).

Morning trip to the Argentinian side of Iguazú Falls. Visit Garganta del Diablo, The Upper and The Lower Trails. In the afternoon book the optional Great Adventure trip, a boat and walking tour in the jungle.

DAY 8: PUERTO IGUAZÚ (B).

Visit Foz do Iguaçu, the Brazilian side of the falls appreciating the panoramic view and the full arc of the falls. Time at leisure until your flight departs or extend your trip.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Accommodation - 7 nights in minimum 3-star hotels.

Meals - As specified in the itinerary (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner).

Luggage - One normal suitcase and one handbag per person included for hotel porterage.

• Uco Valley Experience operates on Thursdays and Sundays.

• Salentein Winery and Espacio Killka close on Mondays.

• The order of tours and visited wineries may vary.

• Puerto Iguazú: The access to Garganta Del Diablo can be restricted due to the rise in river flow.

• Check required group flights at time of booking.
