Full Itinerary

DAY 1: BUENOS AIRES (D).

Morning arrival. Afternoon panoramic tour of the city, exploring its most relevant landmarks: Plaza de Mayo, La Boca and finishing in Recoleta. Evening Tango Dinner show.

DAY 2: BUENOS AIRES - SALTA - PURMAMARCA (B, L).

Fly to Salta. Afternoon to explore Salta and the High Mountain Archaeology Museum (MAAM). After lunch, departure to Purmamarca

DAY 3: PURMAMARCA (B, L).

Vist to Humahuaca Gorge taking in Señoritas Gorge, El Hornocal and Cerro de los Catorce Colores.

DAY 4: PURMAMARCA - TOLAR GRANDE (B, L, D).

Morning departure to San Antonio de los Cobres via Salinas Grandes and Salta. After lunch travel to Tolar Grande passing by outstanding deserts and salt flats.

DAY 5: TOLAR GRANDE (B, L, D).

Visit mine La Casualidad Camp. Returning via Cono de Arita, an eye-catching 122-meter-high (400 ft.) volcanic formation.

DAY 6: TOLAR GRANDE - ANTOFAGASTA DE LA SIERRA (B, L, D).

Visit to Ojos de Mar (Sea Eyes), lagoons of turquoise water, before leaving Tolar Grande. The journey to Antofagasta de la Sierra continues, via Antofalla Salt Flat and stopping for lunch.

DAY 7: ANTOFAGASTA DE LA SIERRA (B, L, D)

Visit to Galán Volcano, passing the Grande Lagoon and taking in the Diamond Lagoon.

DAY 8: ANTOFAGASTA DE LA SIERRA - CAFAYATE (B, L).

Visit to The Pómez Stone Field and taking in a trail to view the Carachi Pampa Volcano and its lava field. After time at leisure, we continue towards Cafayate.

DAY 9: CAFAYATE - SALTA (B, L).

Travel to Salta after a short visit to the small city of Cafayate and lunch

DAY 10: SALTA - BUENOS AIRES (B).

Fly to Buenos Aires. Depart on your flight home or extend your trip.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Accommodation - 9 nights in minimum 3-star hotels.

Luggage - One normal suitcase and one handbag per person included for hotel porterage.
