San Pedro De Atacama Experience

DAY 1: CALAMA - SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA.

Morning arrival at Calama and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon visit the Salt Mountain, Marte Valley (also called Death Valley) and Moon Valley to admire the spectacular sunset.

DAY 2: SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA (B, L).

Full day trip to High Plateau which includes visiting the Atacama Salt Flat, Chaxa Lagoon, (to see three different species of flamingos), the picturesque villages of Toconao and Socaire and the High Plateau Lagoons of Meñique and Miscanti, located at 4,500 meters above sea level.

DAY 3: SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA (B).

Early dawn departure to the Tatio Geysers. Beginning with a guided walking tour around the geothermal fields you will then have time at leisure to explore with impressive view of Putama Volcano and Tocorpuri Mountains. Return transfer is via Machuca, a small desert village with its typical terrace farming system.

DAY 4: SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA - CALAMA (B).

Time at leisure until your airport transfer for your flight or extend your trip.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Accommodation - 3 nights in minimum 3-star hotels.

Meals - As specified in the itinerary (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner).

Luggage - One normal suitcase and one handbag per person included for hotel porterage.

Transfers - all airport transfers from arrival on Day 1 to final day (assuming specific group flights booked).

Tours (with local bilingual English-speaking guides) -  San Pedro de Atacama: Marte Valley, Moon Valley, Atacama Salt flat, High Plateau excursion, Taito Geysers.
