The Two Islands

DAY 1: USHUAIA.

Arrival and transfer the hotel. Afternoon visit to the Tierra del Fuego National Park to hike and explore trails by 4x4’s.

DAY 2: USHUAIA - ALAKUSH (BOARDING) (B, L, D).

Early morning departure via Radman Pass and Caleta Maria to embark for Jackson Bay and see elephant seals.

DAY 3: ALAKUSH (B, L, D).

Today navigate through Almirantazgo to reach Parry Fjord. Disembark and reach the beach of the New Zealand Glacier by zodiacs. Trek along an ice-cold to reach the imposing wall of the glacier. Continue on by boat to reach the Seno Cuevas Glacier.

DAY 4: ALAKUSH (B, L).

View the impressive Pared Glacier and continue sailing until reaching Caleta Maria and disembark. Travel to Lakes Deseado and Despreciado. After seeing the pristine ecosystem at Lake Deseado continue to Ushuaia.

DAY 5: USHUAIA - PUERTO WILLIAMS (B, L, D).

Morning departure to the port and embark towards Puerto Navarino and Puerto Williams. Afternoon visit the little town of Puerto Williams, the southernmost territory of Chile.

DAY 6: PUERTO WILLIAMS (B, L, D).

Today explore the many trekking trails in the area.

DAY 7 PUERTO WILLIAMS (B, L, D).

Day at leisure to enjoy the lodge activities including kayaking.

DAY 8: LAGO FAGNANO - USHUAIA (B).

Sail back to Ushuaia. Afternoon at leisure to explore (optional excursions available).

DAY 9: USHUAIA (B).

Time at leisure until your airport transfer or extend your trip.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Accommodation - 8 nights in minimum 3-star hotels.

Meals - As specified in the itinerary (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner).

Luggage - One normal suitcase and one handbag per person included for hotel porterage.

Transfers - all airport transfers from arrival on Day 1 to final day (assuming specific group flights booked).

Tours (with local bilingual English-speaking guides) - Ushuaia: National Park in 4x4. Tierra del Fuego: Darwin Expedition. Puerto Williams: Lodge activities.

• Crossing to Puerto Williams does not operate on Sundays.

• Luggage allowance is one hand-luggage per person on the Puerto William crossing.
